Gina
Silburn

A
singer of exceptional talent, Gina works the local music
circuit alone with a self contained act, singing Blues and
Soul classics, and also works with Manny Mantel as the talented
half of Con Soul
Gina is strongly influenced by unique singers, from Nina
Simone, Kosheen, Regina, Spektor, Portishead, Jeff Buckley,
Kirsty McColl, Lucinda Williams, to Skunk Anansie and also
loves ambient music, "anything that slows you down and reaches
the soul".
Gina also writes and performs her own music

Manny
has been playing guitars for more years than he'd care to
remember. Manny has been living in Suffolk for a dozen or
so years and has been a founder member of the highly successful
bands '56 Cadillac, the Axidentals and Applecat.
He and his wife Julie have organised three major music festivals
and a number of 24 Hour Drumming Marathons in aid of charity.
Manny's influences range from Richard Thompson to BB King,
James Taylor to ZZ Top and his current interests are working
as "Gina's Guitarist" and expanding his guitar
collection.
